How do I send a top-up?

How long will it take to receive my top-up?
When topping up with us, you choose the time since you can select instant top-ups or top-ups with a 2-hour waiting time.
Can I top up a phone that isn’t mine?
You only need the mobile number you want to send the money to. That’s it! The transfer will be made quickly and securely without requiring additional information.
Will the top-up arrive if the phone is roaming?
The top-up will be delivered directly to the line, regardless of its location. It doesn’t matter if the phone is roaming or in another country; the top-up will be sent to the specified mobile number.
How do I sign in with a one-time code?
You can now sign in to your Tu Recargas account using only your email, without a password. We’ll send a one-time code by email to access your account securely.
Where is my card data stored?
