The contract or meter number the company assigns to your meter. You will find it on your bill or on the meter itself. Some companies also ask for a contact phone, and for gas, the details of whoever receives the cylinder.
How long does the balance take to arrive?
It usually arrives within minutes. If the issuing company is slow to respond, the order stays in progress and is retried automatically for a few hours; we notify you as soon as it is confirmed.
