Install and activate your eSIM on iPhone
Set it up in advance
Prepare your eSIM ahead of time and activate it during your flight or upon arrival.
Setup with QR code
Choose “Set up with QR” when you have the code available on another device to scan it.

Choose “Set up manually” if you can’t scan the QR code.

Before starting the QR setup, keep in mind:
- You need the QR code on another screen or device to capture it with your phone’s camera.
- Make sure you have a stable internet connection during this process.
- Remember that the QR code can only be captured once.
- Do not delete the eSIM from your device as it cannot be reused.

Check your email
On a different device from the one you’ll use for setup, open your email and find the message where we sent you the QR code. If you haven’t received it, please contact us.
Scan the QR code
Open the camera on the iPhone where you’ll set up the eSIM and scan the code. You can also go to “Settings”, then “Mobile Data”, and select “Add eSIM” to scan it from there.

How is my eSIM activated?
Before traveling
Install your eSIM. To avoid last-minute issues, we recommend installing it right after your purchase. You only need the QR code we sent to your email or follow the instructions to activate it manually. Everything will be ready before you arrive.
During the flight or upon arrival
Set up your phone in a few simple steps, depending on your device:
On iPhone (iOS)
- 1Go to Settings > Mobile Data and ensure the eSIM is active.
- 2Select your example eSIM as the data line.
- 3In Options, enable data roaming.
On Android (example with Samsung)
- 1Go to Settings > Connections > SIM Manager and make sure your eSIM is active.
- 2In Mobile data, select your example eSIM.
- 3In Mobile networks, enable data roaming.
What if the eSIM doesn’t activate?
If 10 minutes after arriving at your destination the plan hasn’t activated and you have no internet connection, we recommend the following steps:
- Restart your phone
- Make sure your phone’s OS is up to date
- If you still don’t have a connection, your phone may not automatically detect the APN. Here’s how to set it up quickly and easily:
Manual APN setup:
- 1. Go to Settings and select “Connections”
- 2. In this menu select “Mobile networks”
- 3. Then select “Access Point Names (APN)”
- 4. Tap the “+” symbol to add a new access point
- 5. On this screen, fill in the “Name” and “APN” fields with the following data:
