You only need the mobile number you want to send the money to. That’s it! The transfer will be made quickly and securely, without needing to provide additional information.
Will the top-up arrive if the phone is roaming?
The top-up will be delivered directly to the line, regardless of its location. It doesn’t matter if the phone is roaming or in another country; the top-up will be sent to the specified number.
How do I sign in with a one-time code?
You can now sign in to your TuRecargas account registered using only your email—no password needed. We’ll send a one-time code to your email to access your account securely.
Where is my card data stored?
For security reasons, we do not handle payments directly. Instead, we use a leading online payment provider that stores your data securely when you authorize it. This ensures maximum protection for your information.
