How long will it take to receive my top-up?
Most top-ups arrive in less than 30 seconds. You can choose instant or scheduled top-ups (up to 2 hours). If it doesn't arrive in the estimated time, contact us.
My top-up hasn't arrived, what should I do?
First verify the number is correct. If it's correct and more than 10 minutes have passed, contact us via WhatsApp with your order number and we'll help you immediately.
Can I get a refund?
If the top-up wasn't processed correctly, we'll refund 100%. Contact us with your order details and we'll investigate within 24 hours.
How do I activate my eSIM?
You'll receive an email with the QR code. Scan it with your phone from Settings > Mobile Data > Add eSIM. If you have issues, we have a step-by-step guide or we'll help via WhatsApp.
My eSIM isn't connecting, what do I do?
Make sure data roaming is enabled for your eSIM. If it still doesn't work, restart your phone. If the problem persists, contact us with your ICCID and we'll help.
